Our real estate office is conveniently located in Cologne Sülz, Luxemburger Str. 202, 50937 Cologne. In the middle of the southwest of Cologne.
Good accessibility and connections to the various districts of Lindenthal, Ehrenfeld, Rodenkirchen and the city center are important to us.
Our real estate office is located directly at the level of the stop Arnulfstraße and from the Weisshaus Wasserschloss, which is vis a vis.
Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 17.00 (core office hours). The working hours of the individual employees deviate from this, so we are also available outside these hours by appointment.
On foot, by bicycle or by car
The Arnulfstraße train stop is directly across the street. Line 18 provides excellent connections.
There are public parking spaces directly in front of our office. There are bicycle racks at the beginning of Lotharstraße.
Additional parking is available in the residential area behind the office (enter Arnulfstraße and park either here, in Remigiusstraße or in Lotharstraße).
Mail / Post / Phone
We ask that applications be sent "old school", i.e. as a classic letter of application by post. We take it for granted that you can handle new media. What about the old media?
